My work is not about telling people who to become. It is about helping them rediscover who they already are and giving them the courage to live it. It begins with truth, continues with self-acceptance, and evolves into personal growth.
I lead a movement of people choosing truth, growth, and freedom in the way they live, work, and show up in the world.

MEET LAURA
I believe every person carries deep value — and often, all they need is someone who helps them see it. I've always connected with people quickly, in a way that leaves them feeling truly seen. That's where growth begins. From there, the real joy is walking alongside you as you discover your own talents and potential — and put them into action.
I hold a Master of Arts in Education from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and I'm a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (PNLP) through the iNLP Center. That blend — how people learn, how the professional world works, and how our minds shape what's possible — is the foundation of everything I do.
By day, I'm a Success Coach at Caffey Distributing, where I work with people at every level on personal and professional growth. Level with Laura is how I bring that same support to you — not as someone with all the answers, but as a guide who listens, asks the right questions, and gives you the tools to discover them for yourself.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me chasing the calm that nature brings — an outdoor jog, a quiet cast off the water, or my happy place, the beach. Above all, my heart is with my husband Chris, our children and grandchildren, and the true rulers of our house, our pups Lucy and Roxy.
